I worked with the aid of Solid-Edge solid modeling/surfacing/detailing and developing complex and safety critical components that delivered high quality at low cost.

This of course also involved liaison with customer styling, customer build and test engineers, suppliers and other OEM's. 

Designing aluminium gravity and  die cast parts, plastic injection mouldings, pressings, springs, special finishes and fast track prototyping. Involved in the planning and monitoring of samples through internal and external testing.  See below for the outcome of my cradle to grave design input.
