Designated Rover design team project designer I worked on Catia 4.2 solid modeling/surfacing/detailing, developing a locking and vehicle entry Systems for the BMW Mini

This involved liaison with customer styling, customer build and test engineers, suppliers and other OEM's. 

Designing zinc die castings, injection mouldings, pressings, springs, special finishes and fast track prototyping. Involved in the planning and monitoring of samples through internal and customer testing.
