Working on seat hinge designs for Johnson Controls together with concept work on head restraint systems.

I worked on Catia 4.3 creating solid models from initial design ideas, kinematics and detailing.

This involved designing pressings, turned and cold formed components, springs, welding and paint processes and the production and monitoring of samples through internal and customer testing.
